Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I have confirmed the bug regarding Ephesians 4:5 ESV. It looks like it has to do with the dash that is present where the previous verse ends. When 4:5 is present inside a passage, you cannot progress from verse 4 to verse 5. However, if your passage selection starts with verse 5, you should be able to complete the Type Out game.
We will look into the issue and fix the bug as soon as we can. Sorry for the inconvenience.
