once verses have been memorized they could be “graduated” through each day of the week so that they are reviewed weekly for 7 weeks and then filed under a day of the month so they are reviewed once monthly thereafter.

Widgets with features like a streak counter (small widget), reminders to memorize (medium widget), random verses to memorize (large widget), etc.

The entire verse would be displayed, but pairs of words would be swapped, and you would have to swap them around to make it read correctly. “In the beginning, God created the earth and the heavens.”

I grew up learning the versions from Luther’s Small Catechism, but I have kind of forgotten them. I think a lot of people would like to learn this version too if they grew up using it.
