Thank you for using Verses and taking the time to share this idea!
Good news, actually, we're about to release an update that adds support for initing friends to Collections using Facebook! We plan to do a lot more with that feature in the future, but it's a start!
Others have made this same suggestion so I've merged yours into theirs.
