I have been able to start a new collection. The difficulty might be because
there are Psalms verses in the previous collection. Thank you for your
response and I'll look forward to the Psalms issue being worked out.

Were you able to view collections before you purchased the HCSB? And can
you try switching to a different translation, such as KJV, and see if you
are able to access your collections from there?

We are aware of the bug with the Psalms in HCSB. The chapter markers are
not working correctly, causing the entire book to appear under Chapter 1.
We are working to fix this as soon as possible.
