I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble. Thanks for going through
those steps I included last time to make sure there wasn't an easy fix. I'm
going to give your bug report to one of our developers to look into. He may
get back in contact with you to get more information about your errors and
the device you are using. Please make sure to download the new update next
week and let us know if it fixes your issues. I apologize again for the
difficulties you are experiencing.
