Tom: I followed the instructions you sent but nothing has changed.Still
missing 3/4 of the Bible books and I had 2 friends doing this with e and

It appears that you are experiencing a few rare bugs that we are aware of.
Normally, all progress updates should be visible to all parties, and of
course there shouldn't be any disappearing books from your installation of
Verses.

Could you let me know:

- What device you are using (e.g. iPhone 5S)
- Whether your account was created with Facebook

This will help us track down the bugs that are responsible for your issues.
You should also take the following troubleshooting steps to reinstall
Verses again, in hopes that this may clear the issue:

1. Make sure your device has a working internet connection.
2. Completely uninstall Verses from your device.
3. Restart your device.
4. Install the latest version of Verses from the app store.
5. If your account was created with Facebook, go to your Facebook
settings on your device and make sure Verses is allowed to access your
account. If it is already enabled, toggle the switch off then on again.
6. Log in with your Verses account
7. Give your device a few minutes to sync

If going through this process again doesn't resolve your issue, please let
me know so I can update your bug report. We also have an update arriving in
the next week that contains many fixes; it's possible that this could
resolve the issue for you.
