I think Verses is terrific. Thanks to the coders for a thoughtfully put together and visually pleasing app.
However…
And here I’m drawing on the concept that the English Bible isn’t really “The Bible”, but rather, a translation/interpretation of the Bible, but not the Bible itself which was written in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek.

The whole video is good, but the specific part that I’m referencing begins at time index 15.15.
All this to say, please consider adding Biblical languages. I for one would welcome memorizing parts of the New Testament in the original.
