Add Reference to all Games

Currently the user only needs to remember the reference for the Type Out game. I think the reference should be added to all games.

To aid in memory, add chapter and verse references in the game as well.
I.e. as a user completing a game, I should see the verse reference in line with the text as I complete the game, so that I can better remember specific verse references when memorizing more than 1 verse at a time.
