The Reorder exercise is a great way to bridge the gap between hearing/reading the passage I am memorizing to fulfillment and actually knowing it. But, in longer pieces of Scripture, there can be an issue with repeated phrases.
For example, I am currently memorizing Gen. 22:1-19 in the ESV for a class I am taking for school. There are three instances where "And he said, " " appears. There have been times where that is the next piece to reorder, but apparently I have to choose the correct one of the three? There is no way of knowing that just by looking at the words that happen to all be identical!
There needs to be a way to distinguish the order of these pieces or simply allowing any one of them to be correct when that is what comes next.
