I'm sorry it's still not working for you! I know that this must be
frustrating.

I'm going to escalate this issue to one of our developers for a response.
I'll see what he says we can do next.

Just for clarification, your account was created using an email address,
right? Facebook accounts are completely different and don't use passwords
to log in.
