With the Bible being so vast and exstensive, Initially it was difficult for me to choose a verse to memorize. It’d be cool if there was a verse of the day option (or week) that we can choose to memorize and an option to add it to our verses if we want to continue memorizing it.

Agreed but I'd prefer verse of the week. As an educator, I believe in achievable goals which intrinsically motivate the learner. Learning a new verse ever day is unachievable for me so I'd find it demotivating, making me feel like a failure.
