currently I am locked out of my account after having had very brief access to the app. Really only long enough to spend money on NIV version. Now I am unable to log in and there is little recourse, no response to the password reset option and no response to request for customer support. My idea is that you improve communication with those using your app. Something, anything, to let us know you are out there and will responding to issue as soon you are able. Even an auto respond email would be better than complete silence.
