it would be great if there was a way to disable or hide the "Discover" box, and also to show more of my verses. My verses keep disappearing from me, and I would rather have consistent access to that rather than the constant reminder of the discover feature.

Yes; agree. Also if verses could be categorize in your own categories. So you can memorize verses that belong to certain categories. Such as "prayer".
